Dear Friends and well-wishers,

Mr. Jayumbu Ranjit, associate and ardent supporter of our organization has informed us that Mr. Bhumi Baruwal a family relative was severely hit by a car at Rockville Maryland on 02/07/08 and is in critical condition at the Intensive Care Unit (Unit # 3114) in Suburban Hospital, 8600 Old George Town Rd, Bethesda Maryland 20814.

Mr. Bhumi Baruwal has come to the US about two months ago to participate in a seminar in Chicago and was visiting with family and friends here in the Washington Metropolitan area prior to returning home.

The accident is under investigation while he lies sub-conscious in the ICU with multiple bodily injuries including severe hip, leg bone fractures at numerous places which has left him hanging on to life. He is not breathing on his own and moving in and out of consciousness and with internal bleeding. The medical report will only be release soon to his nearest kin.

His wife has been contacted and will be coming to the US to be at the side of her husband as she puts the cost and money together to make this expensive and prolong trip here to Maryland.

As in Rajesh’s email has indicated and after talking to Jayumby himself, I feel that it is necessary to do our part in helping this unfortunate family who came from Nepal and has to go thru this devastating accident and ordeal which is extremely difficult for anyone to bear, and for survival and if possible, full recovery which only the best medicine in the world can provide.

To help this family in whatever way we can, friend and family and the community has to come together to relieve them of some burden and especially the emotional one and possibly the financial one which they are least capable to bear.

NOA has established a “Bhumi Baruwal Recovery Fund” to collect any kind of donation and contribution you may want to send to the unlucky family to cover cost of medicine, medical care, and rehabilitation which we know will be a prolonged one.

Please send your monetary donation to;
